Supervisions and Appraisals
This is a half day course examining
how effective supervision and appraisal of staff is an important
part of building an effective, competent and professional team.
Staff who are supervised well feel
listened to and supported by their manager, increasing morale, staff
retention and the quality of care they provide. Effective
supervision and appraisal also offer structured opportunities to
discuss staff development and performance improvement.
