Thankfully violence towards staff is rare but in some areas of health care, aggression and threatening outbursts are all too common and these carry with them the potential for eruption into violence.

The aim of this full day course is to enhance the level of understanding when handling difficult situations to reduce as much as possible the potential for violence. (This course does not cover restraint techniques).
