This award is suitable for senior care workers who may already be or wish to be supporting Learners or workers through workplace development (e.g. inductions).

Course Outline

This is an excellent unit for those who enjoy guiding, supporting and empowering Learners in the workplace as this unit will enhance the skills and knowledge already existing.  This award compliments the existing Assessors Award but can also be stand alone. 

Those organisations who have Investors in People accreditation or are working towards will find it sits well with this model of staff development.
