This qualification
is specifically designed for managers and is regulated through the
Care Quality Commission (CQC). It is aimed at
individuals who are responsible for the day-to-day running of single
care establishments and facilities for vulnerable adults. This
includes nursing homes and facilities for older people, adults with
physical or learning difficulties, adults with sight or learning
impairments and adults with mental illness. This course is
delivered using e-assessment, an efficient tool for busy
managers. |

Course
Outline |
The full award
consists of 8 units; 4 mandatory and 4 optional, chosen from a total
of 27 units, thereby allowing the Learner to tailor their award to
suit the requirements of their job.
Mandatory units:

Manage and
develop yourself and your workforce within care services.

Lead and manage
provision of care services that respects, protests and promotes
the rights and responsibilities

Develop and
maintain systems, procedures and practice of care services to
manage the risks and comply with health and safety requirements

Lead and manage
effective communication that promotes positive outcomes for
people within care services.

to the Learners workplace using existing pre existing evidence where
possible. Our focus is on quality not quantity. |
