Common Induction Standards

Based on the Common Induction Standards for care workers, this two day course covers the essentials for new employees, promoting best practice and highlighting the importance of following your company’s policies and procedures.  Attendees receive a Workbook to complete under supervision of  their workplace mentor that fully meets the requirements of the standards.
