Basic Food Hygiene and Nutrition Awareness

 

The treatment of food before, during and after preparation can have implications on a large number of people, therefore correct handling is essential.  This course is suitable for any staff involved in serving food and drinks.

 

The full day course provides details of the latest regulations and government guidelines regarding food hygiene.  The implications of incorrect handling are discussed as well as the nutritional value of food. Level 1 standard.
