manager. Learners may be working in almost any environment;
voluntary, health and social care, factories, offices, hospitals,
call centres, building sites, shops, the armed forces etc. Wherever
people and resources are employed, first line managers with an ILM
First Line Management Qualification will ensure that they are
employed effectively. |
