Learner Profile

 

This qualification has been designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation for their development as a manager.  Learners may be working in almost any environment; voluntary, health and social care, factories, offices, hospitals, call centres, building sites, shops, the armed forces etc.  Wherever people and resources are employed, first line managers with an ILM First Line Management Qualification will ensure that they are employed effectively.

Course Outline

The level 3 qualification is available at either as an award or certificate depending on whether you require an introduction or more of a comprehensive approach.  Both are qualifications that have been specially designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.
