All of the above Leadership and Management courses relate to learning outcomes from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award or Certificate in First Line Management, which Learn to ... can provide.  You may also use course materials to assist with NVQs in Management, usually considered as the next stage of progression.

Award

You may chose to continue with your training to achieve an ILM level 3 qualification and receive free studying membership of the ILM for 1 year.  Membership allows you access to a range of support materials designed to help you get the most from your course and advance your management career.
