Induction Specialists

Learn to ... has developed four easy ways to assist in meeting the Common Induction Standards for inducting carers into your organisation.

Common Induction Standards Workbook

For new employees or those who have moved to a different position within the organisation.

This workbook clearly demonstrates the training the carer has received and allows you to demonstrate this to your CQC Inspector.

Induction Award for Supporting People with a Learning Disability (LDQ)

Learn to ... has constructed a learning package that will combine in-house instruction and support from an appointed mentor together with training sessions linked to each section of the award.

Induction Training Package

Chose when and which courses to send your new care worker on and they will receive an introduction to the statutory training areas required before they are able to work unsupervised.
